Children

The Kids' Disciple Ship at Freedom Church has a purpose that is higher than learning. Yes we want to teach children in such a way that they learn -- but it's even more important that they know how to LIVE what they learn. And as they LIVE what they LEARN - they will come to LOVE the Lord and others as Christ has done for us.

TO LIVE means we actually get your kids to actually read their Bibles... strengthen their Bible skills...and learn key Bible truths

1. I need to make the wise choice.
   
   
2. I can trust God no matter what.
   
   
3. I should treat others the way I want to be treated.
   

 Our goal in Children's and Student Ministry is focused on four primary principles:

• DEVELOP LEADERSHIP- Equip leaders & volunteers * Connect with the home * Connect with students
  
• MAKE COMMUNITY A PRIORITY - Age-specific small groups with a trusted adult mentor.
• PROMOTE PARENT INVOLVEMENT - Align the church and home
• GET THEM STOKED TO SERVE JESUS - Less talk, more DO

Kids Discipleship is for - For Age 5 through Grade 5
